Shipping policy

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

K.A.M proudly offers free shipping on eligible orders. Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume periods.

Please ensure all billing and shipping information is entered correctly before placing your order. K.A.M is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Lost or stolen packages
• Delays caused by shipping carriers after shipment

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless an incorrect or damaged item was received.
