At K.A.M, we take pride in providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

K.A.M does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for any reason other than an error on our part.
Exceptions
We will only replace or correct an order if:
• You received the wrong item
• You received the wrong size than what was ordered
• Your item arrived damaged due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error
If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide your order number along with photos of the issue.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage caused after delivery, stains, odors, or misuse will not qualify for replacement.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct size, color, and product are selected before completing their purchase.
K.A.M is not responsible for incorrect information entered by the customer at checkout, including shipping addresses, sizing selections, or order details.
Final Sale
All products sold by K.A.M are considered final sale unless an error was made by K.A.M during the fulfillment process.
